The Services are jointly provided by Puresoft Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, and VIETTS SOFTWARE ("we," "us," "our," or "Ferro VPN"). Official websites: https://puresoftltd.com/ and https://vietts.io/.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Ferro VPN. By accessing our websites, installing, and/or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

You affirm that you are eighteen (18) or more years of age, or have the authority to act on behalf of a valid legal entity, and are fully able to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use our Services.

By using Ferro VPN, you agree to the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Subscription Details

Ferro VPN offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) and Google Play Billing.

Available Plans:

  • Monthly Plan — $9.9/month
  • Yearly Plan — $79.99/year

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the App Store. Prices are subject to change; we will notify you in advance of any pricing changes.

Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, it is available to new subscribers only at our sole discretion. We may limit or withdraw free trial options at any time.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the period expires.

Apple (App Store)

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device:

  • Open Settings on your device
  • Tap your name at the top
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Select Ferro VPN
  • Tap Cancel Subscription

Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit https://support.apple.com/billing or contact Apple Support. Ferro VPN does not process refunds directly for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.

Google Play Store

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store:

  • Open the Google Play Store app
  • Tap your profile icon at the top right
  • Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • Select Ferro VPN
  • Tap Cancel subscription

Refunds: All refund requests are handled exclusively by Google. To request a refund, visit Google Play Refund Policy or contact Google Play Support. Ferro VPN does not process refunds directly for subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Ferro VPN Software on compatible devices that you own or control.

The Software is licensed, not sold. You receive no title to or ownership of the Software. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, Software, and Websites. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Threat Protection Disclaimer

Our service includes automated DNS-level filtering to block known threats, including malware, phishing, and malicious domains. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the blocking of all malicious sites and are not responsible for any content accessed by the user. This feature is provided as an additional layer of protection and does not replace the user's own security practices.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Your access to the Services is subject to all applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these Terms or applicable laws, at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access to systems;
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or conduct mass scraping;
  • Transmit or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploit children in any form;
  • Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • Use the Services for military purposes, including cyber warfare or weapons development;
  • Conduct financial fraud, cryptocurrency fraud, identity theft, or credit card fraud;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit your account or subscription;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You access and use the Services at your own initiative and bear sole responsibility for compliance with local laws.

6. No-Logs Commitment

Ferro VPN is a strictly No-Logs VPN service. This commitment is binding and fully described in our Privacy Policy.

  • We do NOT log your browsing history.
  • We do NOT log traffic data or the content of communications.
  • We do NOT log DNS queries.
  • We do NOT log your original IP address.

We have designed our systems so that we do not have sensitive data to share, even if compelled by law. Account data (email/User ID for authentication) is stored separately and is never linked to your online activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and Websites are provided "as is" and with all faults. We make no representation or warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, availability, or operation of the Services.

To the full extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. Neither Ferro VPN nor any of its affiliates, employees, officers, or directors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the use or inability to use the Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that restrict the limitation of liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Data Protection & GDPR

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Cross-Border Data Transfer: Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within the timeframe stipulated by applicable law.

Protection of Minors: We comply with applicable requirements regarding the collection and processing of minors' data.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to comply with the law, add features, correct errors, or clarify provisions. Notification of material changes will be provided in advance by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
